I have been going to this place for a very very long time. It has changed hands and ownership several times throughout the years. It has withstood many changes inside and most of all the change in area. Through the decades it has gotten surrounded by many other places to eat. They have all come and gone and this place remains standing strong. That should say something and speak volumes. The menu hasn't changed much and that is good, if it's not broke, don't fix it. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a good filing lunch or a great tasting dinner.
Get yourself a chicken filet cosmo with everything on it including their homemade hot pepper relish! (And get a jar to go, it's not that hot but it is delicious and great on lots of things). I've been eating here for 27 years and get the exact same thing every time!
This is our favorite Sub/cosmo/hoagie shop when we visit from out of state. The rib-eye cheese steak in the garden is outstanding. Visited here two times in one week. Our group had a grinder and a tuna cosmo as well. Highly recommend. Eat it at the store

We stopped in today for subs. They were very good! From the outside it looks like a house,, but has a nice atmosphere inside for a sub shop.. Will be coming back again.
Doesn't look like much from the outside. It's a small house like building. But the subs are phenomenal and their wings are some of the best locally Pee Pepper spread is really good
Seriously, the best sub I have ever had...the grinder! My kids love the BLT sun, hubby loves the dirty politIcian but we all come away happy. We also think Humpty Dumpty has some of the best wings in town. And you don't need "wing night" because they always keep the prices low. Small, locally owned, family run. Always friendly and prompt with take out orders.
Delicious and satisfying. We ordered a cheesesteak and a turkey sub. Both were very good. One of the things that makes these hoagies so tasty is the homemade hot peppers. They are hot but sure add to the flavor. The sandwiches can be ordered toasted too. Great place with friendly service.
